Ventilation equipment maintenance in the Túnel das Cales

On 20 October 2026, ventilation equipment maintenance will take place at night in the Túnel das Cales, between km 1+500 and km 1+550 of the VE1, in the Machico > São Jorge (Crescente) direction. The works will disrupt traffic and require one lane to be closed.
